Head to our booking page, choose your stay option — the entire villa, the upper floor (3BHK), or the lower floor (2BHK) — select your dates and number of guests, and confirm. Our calendar shows live availability.
Yes. The home is designed for three booking types: the entire 5-bedroom villa, the 3-bedroom upper floor, or the 2-bedroom lower floor. Whichever you book is completely private to you.
Possibly, yes — the two floors can be booked by different groups, each with its own entrance and living space. If you'd like total privacy, book the entire villa.
We accept all major payment methods through our secure booking system, including cards and UPI. You'll receive a confirmation as soon as your payment goes through.
Our cancellation terms are shown at the time of booking and in your confirmation email. If your plans change, write to us as early as possible and we'll do our best to help.
The Stay
Standard check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on the day's bookings — just ask.
The entire villa comfortably sleeps large groups across its 5 bedrooms. The upper floor (3BHK) suits families and medium groups, and the lower floor (2BHK) is ideal for couples and small families. Exact guest limits are shown on the booking page.
Meals aren't included by default, but the kitchen is fully equipped for self-cooking, and home-cooked Himachali meals can be arranged on request. There are also lovely local eateries nearby.
Yes — families are very welcome. Do note that, like most mountain properties, there are stairs and uneven paths around the home. Let us know about any specific needs and we'll prepare in advance.

Getting There
We're in Sajla, a peaceful village in Himachal Pradesh, surrounded by forest and mountain views. Exact directions and a location pin are shared with your booking confirmation.
Most guests drive up or take a Volvo bus to the nearest town and a taxi onward. Share your starting point with us and we'll send you the simplest route, plus help arranging a pickup if needed.
Yes, private parking is available at the property.
House Rules
Smoking isn't allowed inside the home. You're welcome to smoke in the open outdoor areas.
Yes — bonfires and barbecues can be arranged on request, weather permitting. Just let us or the caretaker know a day in advance.
We ask all guests to keep outdoor noise low after 10 PM, out of respect for the village and any guests on the other floor.
